Common questions
How do I get access to the GF Custom portal?
Portal access is granted per project. When your custom-fixture program kicks off, we send a project invite to the email you provided during intake. The invite activates your login and attaches your account to the project. If you have an active project and no invite, contact your program lead or email dan@gondolafixtures.com.
What is the difference between the GF Custom portal and the public GF Custom page?
The public GF Custom page at /custom-fixtures describes the custom-fixture program and lets you start a new program. The portal (this page) is the gated workspace for existing clients: live design revisions, scope approvals, delivery milestones, and per-store rollout tracking tied to your specific project.
Can multiple people on my team see the project?
Yes. Every project supports multiple team members with per-member roles (viewer, reviewer, approver). Your program lead can invite additional members during onboarding or at any point in the project; each gets their own portal login.
