Custom metal displays
Fixture-scale metal work built to your program spec. Available production methods include laser cutting, mesh welding, tube bending, CNC wire forming, powder coating, and digital printing on rigid substrates.
GF Custom
Your single-source partner for custom displays and millwork. One plan, one point of contact, one delivery.
Why single source
A typical store-build fixture package spreads across three to five suppliers: gondola, custom metal, millwork, interior graphics, and freight. Every additional vendor adds a purchase order, an insurance certificate, a schedule to coordinate, and a hand-off that can slip.
GF Custom consolidates the entire package under a single program lead, one contract, and one cross-docked delivery to your store. You buy a program, not a stack of subcontracts.
Program scope
Fixture-scale metal work built to your program spec. Available production methods include laser cutting, mesh welding, tube bending, CNC wire forming, powder coating, and digital printing on rigid substrates.
Retail casework in wood, veneer, laminate, and solid surface. Available methods include CNC routing, edge banding, spray finishing, integrated lighting rough-in, and coordinated finish-matching to the metal side of the program.
Header cards, side panels, base graphics, shelf strips, and interchangeable promotional panels. Produced alongside the fixtures they live on, finish-matched, and shipped in the same consolidated delivery.
The architecture
Four coordinated stages, one program lead across all of them. Your team talks to one person; we run the network behind the scenes.
Intake call, requirements capture, and design coordination. We work with your merchandising and store-development teams to translate the brief into buildable direction: fixture families, footprint, materials, finish palette, and integration points.
Engineering coordination, shop drawings, prototype planning, and production specs. The prototype becomes the production control sample: what you approve is what ships to every store.
Production oversight, quality checks against the approved sample, cross-dock consolidation, and coordinated freight. Metal, millwork, and graphics converge at the dock and ship together on one truck, one BOL.
Program management does not end at the receiving dock. Warehousing and staging for phased rollouts, replenishment of interchangeable graphics, and a single point of contact for anything the store team surfaces after install.
