How do I know which base deck depth to order for my gondola sections?

The base deck depth must match the Base Bracket depth already installed in that section. If you are building new, match the base deck depth to your product category: 13-inch for health and beauty, 16-inch for drug and convenience, 19-inch or 22-inch for grocery and general merchandise, and 25-inch for hardware and automotive. Lozier base decks are available in depths of 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, and 31 inches per Lozier catalog.

What is the difference between standard and Optional Catalog Color finishes on Lozier base decks?

Standard tier finishes (Platinum (PLT), Charcoal (CHR), Cool White (W08), White (WHT), Gray (GRY), Silver (SIL), and Galvanized (GLV)) typically ship in 1 to 3 business days. Optional Catalog Colors including Q88 (Silver Vein), N81 (Classic Copper), and other specialty codes require an eight to ten week production lead time. Never schedule a floor installation date until the factory has confirmed a ship date on Optional Catalog Color orders.

Lozier base deck compatibility with Base Brackets

A Lozier base deck must be equal to or deeper than the Base Bracket installed in the same section. Installing a base deck that is shallower than the Base Bracket creates a structural gap and voids the rated capacity of the base assembly. This is the most common ordering error on replacement base deck projects, particularly when the existing base bracket depth is unknown before the order is placed.

Lozier base deck width options for gondola sections

Lozier gondola base decks are available in seven widths: 24, 30, 36, 48, 72, 84, and 96 inches. The base deck width must match the nominal section width of the gondola bay it is installed in. On sections wider than 48 inches, confirm that the base bracket configuration supports the full span before specifying the base deck.
