What is the difference between a TL Tilt-In shelf and a DL Drop-In shelf?

The TL shelf is a two-position Tilt-In shelf with an extended bracket that allows you to set the shelf surface either flat or at a 17-degree downslope, making it ideal for products that benefit from angled presentation. The TL molding accommodates a 1.235-inch price tag channel, and the shelf surface includes 1/4-inch perforations for clip-on accessories. The DL is a Drop-In shelf style that shares the same nominal width and depth dimensions as the TL. Both TL and DL shelf top usable dimensions are measured the same way: usable width equals nominal width minus 1/32", and usable depth equals nominal depth minus 7/16". For further functional differences between the two styles, confirm details with Lozier.

What widths and depths are available for Lozier TL and DL shelves?

Lozier TL and DL shelves are available in nominal widths of 2', 30", 3', and 4'. Nominal depths available include 7", 10", 13", 15", 16", 17", 19", 20", 22", 25", 28", and 31". Remember that the actual usable shelf surface is slightly smaller than the nominal dimension: usable width is the nominal width minus 1/32", and usable depth is the nominal depth minus 7/16". This consistent measurement standard applies across TL, DL, and HL shelf types.

What finish options are available, and how long do they take to ship?

Standard tier finishes for Lozier TL and DL shelves: Platinum (PLT), Charcoal (CHR), Cool White (W08), White (WHT), Gray (GRY), Silver (SIL), and Galvanized (GLV). Optional Catalog Colors broaden your choices further to coordinate with a wider range of store environments. Orders in Standard finishes typically ship in 1-3 business days. Orders in Optional Catalog Colors carry an 8-10 week lead time, so plan accordingly when specifying finish for a remodel or new installation. Lozier installation instructions require that shelving components be used only with other Lozier products, so always verify finish and component compatibility with Lozier before ordering.
